Urbinati Soil Blocking Machine

The Urbinati Soil Blocking machine is a fully automated machine producing perfectly uniform high quality pressed soil blocks which can be inserted into either trays or crates. The dies for creating the blocks are easily changeable so many different sizes of soil blocks can be produced on the same machine.

Working with the Semblock template seeder this machine has a capacity to produce and sow up to 800 trays/crates of soil blocks per hour. 

This machine has the option to add on de-stackers or denesters for automatic tray/crate supply and also the option for buffer belts, a stacking unit or a palletiser after the seeder to automatically stack or palletise the finished trays/crates.
