STP Blocking Line

The STP Blocking Line is the latest blocking line in our arsenal. This ultrafast machine is capable of producing up to 620 crates of first quality blocks per hour. 

Up to three seeders can be installed on this machine to keep the speed up when sowing multiple seed per block, or to enable different seed to sown into the same block, or simply to enable faster changeovers when doing short runs.

As standard, this blocking line comes with a soil mixer and impregnating buffer to ensure the perfect soil for the block every time. The line is completed with an automatic soil supply, automatic crate supply, stacking unit, covering unit and watering unit. A system for loading the crates onto pallets can be added if required also.
