Lambda Drum Seeding Line

Lambda Seeding Line comprised of Heavy Duty Tray Denester, RC65 Tray Filler, Lambda Drum Seeder with powered dibble, Compost covering unit, Vermiculite covering, Water unit and Stacker with automatic outfeed onto accumulation conveyor.

With this project, the requirement was to be able to sow a variety of ornamental, vegetable and salad seed into propagation trays, packs and shuttle trays. The versatility of the Lambda Drum Seeding Line meant that this was the perfect choice for the job in hand. This line is capable of sowing all different sizes and shapes of seed including sweet peas, garden peas and beans at a rate of up to 650 trays an hour.
