ND De-nester

The ND De-nester is an excellent way to reduce labor costs as it frees up a member of staff from having to stand on the back end of a tray filler putting trays on the belt. This de-nester can be built to suit virtually any type of tray or pot. It can put pots in marketing trays, or packs in outer trays, it can even be mounted with a de-stacker to dispense polystyrene trays.

Machine controlled by PLC and data display with touch-screen monitor.
The de-nester will automatically speed up or slow down depending on the speed of the tray filler.
Suitable for virtually any type of tray/pot/pack.
Air consumption according to the installed de-nesters.
Installed power: 0,5Kw 3PH 400V 50/60Hz.
Alarm prior to pots and trays finishing.
Equipped with up to 6 de-nesters/de-stackers.
