KV98 Tray Filler The KV98 Tray Filling machine is suitable for filling trays up to 42cm wide and hanging pots up to 23 cm deep. Containers are filled using a rotor compression mechanism, meaning that the density of fill is adjustable from the control panel. * The machine has a cylindrical brush unit for accurate final cleaning of the trays. * Conveyor speed and compost delivery speed are both variable. * A chain and bucket system located in the hopper delivers compost without damaging the structure of the substrate. * The machine benefits from a soil recovery system by way of a closed auger that feeds the compost back into the hopper. * The machine can be supplied as single phase or three phase. * It can be fitted with swivel wheels or legs for use in a fixed position. * The machine can be used on it's own or as part of a new or existing production line.
