DT2016 EVO Potting Machine The DT2016 EVO potting machine is made in Belgium to the very highest of standards. The big 2000 litre hopper is easily accessible for filling with a 1.25 metre wide conveyor in its base to transport the compost via the bucket and chain system. The advantage of this extra wide supply belt is the ability to deliver large quantities of compost for fast production speeds whilst running the motor at a much slower speed than most potting machines. This reduces wear and tear and allows the machine to operate very quietly. The EVO has a simple central handle adjustment to adjust the potting carousel to accommodate from 7 to 27cm pots, round or square. Drilling is accurate and consistent in the middle of the pot. The speed of the potting carousel is adjustable, from 1200 to 4000 pots per hour. Many extra features are supplied as standard on the EVO, including pneumatic attachments, pot dispenser, drill, linear pot take off arm and 2m exit conveyor belt. Further options available to suit individual applications. The DT2016 EVO has been superbly designed to accommodate a range of further compatible parts - auto pot feed belt, CRF dosing, labelling, seeding and transplanting.
